Elijah Farms, HM Custom Processed Lambs and Stockdog Training is a family owned and operated diversified livestock ranch nestled in the picturesque hills of North Central Arkansas, along the shores of Bull Shoals Lake. The Elijah family produces excellent quality livestock; including Registered Working Border Collies, Top Quality Suffolk X Custom Lambs, and Angus Based Commercial heifers and steers. 
 
Robert and Heather pride themselves in their herd management practices and sire selection programs for their seed stock  production. Our sires which we use are among the top in the Angus and Sim-Angus Breeds. We select cattle that perform as well   as possess
excellent maternal traits and calving ease- “we produce cattle for cattleman”.  
 
This year we will be offering a select group of calves (heifers and steers) available for purchase by private treaty. All calves will  have been vaccinated with COVEXIN-8, VLP5 and dewormed with Ivomec. All calves  will be started on grain and fully weaned. For a small fee cattle can be halter  broke for your handling convenience.  
 
Heather has been breeding and showing  Suffolk sheep since 1988. We believe in not only structural correctness and soundness but emphasize excellent carcass traits as well. We offer custom fattening of  lambs for our customers as well as on the hoof sales. 

Our stock dog program takes special care and pride in breeding, selecting and training true “working” Border Collies. We have always used dogs to help with our own ranch work and have offered our training services to others as well, since 1994. We currently offer one on one private training session in addition to 30 day “in house” training. We begin with an instinct herding test, then start dogs on sheep, then advance to cattle at the discretion of the owner. Each training period is tailored to the individual dog and handler. We place great emphasize on “Practical Working Dogs” and train them as such, to help make them into a true ranch hand.
